Description
This week's doll is Hiccup from the first How To Train Your Dragon movie, as requested by DasKeKsKruemelchen. Without a dragon, I'm afraid, as I'm still working out the kinks of beading humans 
I've been asked several times how long it takes me to bead a doll, and so far I never had an answer, but I was finally getting curious, so I noted down the time I spent beading this doll. The total time was nine hours, twenty minutes - which includes everything: selecting bead colours, beading, undoing and rebeading, diving under the table to pick up fallen beads, and occasionally just sitting and staring at a heap of beads wondering how the hell I'm going to turn that into the shape I need.
I've pretty much stopped watching TV since I started making bead dolls. I'm still listening to the TV, but my eyes are usually elsewhere. Maybe I should get a few audiobooks...
On that note, I am getting closer to being able to bead hair without feeling a slight urge to tear out my own, which is something, I guess.

Materials: 11° and 15° TOHO and MIYUKI seed beads, round beads, felting wool, craft wire
Size: approx. 2.8 inches/7 centimeters

Your dolls are awesome. Do you have a beginners guide or know where I can find one? Trying to create something very unique for a friend of mine and piecing together the right tutorials to make it happen
